Our aim is to find innovative solutions for clients within the financial parameters of the project. A collaborative approach is used to convey design and layouts through the use of live 3D models. Sustainable solutions are sought for the buildings to reduce life cycle costs and maintenance expense.
A proposed site is carefully analysed for specifics such as sun angles, views, slope, pedestrian & vehicle access, neighbours & privacy. This data is then translated into diagrams and compatible spatial relationships. These are important factors to help shape the eventual buildings.
